Taina Tahiti Tours - Terms and conditions

Taina Tahiti Tours offers services dedicated to tourists, residents and professionals. The services include private transfers (airports, hotels, residences ...), tailor-made excursions (tour of the island, half and full day, east and west coast of Tahiti, peninsula ...) equipped with a Hyundai H1 vehicle 9 seats of 2017 equipped with all options (including 2 DVD screens with Bluetooth headsets available).

 

Any reservation implies the full acceptance of these general conditions of sale and the payment of sums due for the bookings made.

 

Taina Tahiti Tours reserves the right to modify these conditions at any time by informing its customers not all the means at its disposal (email, phone, messaging ...).

 

 

1. INFORMATION AND ESTIMATES

 

The customer has the possibility to contact Taina Tahiti Tours by all the means at his disposal (email, telephone, messaging ...).

 

 2. RESERVATION

 

Any reservation will be considered effective from the reception by the customer of the confirmation of his reservation request.

 

 Marketed services are subject to availability and subject to possibilities. No claim for compensation can be made in case the chosen service is not available or possible.

 

 3. VALIDATION AND PAYMENT

 

The customer must pay the full price of the service in Peaceful Francs (XPF) or Euros (EUR). Several payment methods are available to him:

 

Residents of Tahiti:

 

- reservations +7 days before the excursion: payment by bank transfer

 

- booking less than 7 days before the excursion: payment on the day of the excursion with the guide by local check or cash.

 

 visitors:

 

- Payment on the day of the excursion with the guide in local check or cash.

 

- an online payment will be offered soon.

 

 In case of booking by internet, the client will present his booking form on the day of the excursion to Taina Tahiti Tours

 

In order to avoid any fraudulent use, an identity document may be requested.

 

 4. MODIFICATION

 

Taina Tahiti Tours does not charge a fee to change the dates of an existing reservation, provided that the change request is received at least 48 hours prior to the date of the originally scheduled trip. Any changes will be confirmed subject to availability.

 

In case of late modification, a penalty of 10% will be applied.

 

 5. CANCELLATION

 

If you are unable to participate in an excursion that you have booked and paid, please contact Taina Tahiti Tours as soon as possible.

 

 Cancellation of a reservation is subject to a cancellation fee as detailed below:

 

    • Cancellation at least 5 days before the service: no cancellation fees, except possible bank charges for reimbursement.

 

    • Cancellation between 4 and 3 days before the service: 50% of the price of the service;

 

    • Cancellation 2 days or less before the service: 100% of the price of the service.

 

 There will be no refund for guests who voluntarily interrupt an excursion or miss the tour because of their delay.

 

 The full amount of the cancellation fee will be notified when you cancel your reservation.

 

 For any cancellation following an event beyond the control of the customer (medical certificate for example), each refund request will be treated on a case by case basis.

 

6. PRICE

 

The prices displayed are per person, unless otherwise stated as for private tours.

 

The prices are displayed in TTC, in pacific francs and in euro equivalent (fixed parity) and your credit card, if you are outside Polynesia will be debited in euros.

 

Prices are subject to change without notice, and become definitive after confirmation of the reservation.

 

Prices include all the services indicated in the description of each excursion or service.

7. LIMITS OF RESPONSIBILITY

 

The schedules, programs and durations of the circuits are given as an indication and are not contractual; they are subject to change.

 

 Taina Tahiti Tours reserves the right to cancel or modify certain circuits, without notice and without compensation, if the comfort or safety of the customers so requires, and this in case of bad weather, force majeure, strike, of event, administrative decision, exceptional closure of a site, technical incident or any other reason that Taina Tahiti Tours could not have foreseen during the reservation ...

 

In case of cancellation, Taina Tahiti Tours undertakes to warn the customer as soon as possible and to propose, depending on availability, possibilities and dates of stays:

b) an equivalent service by Taina Tahiti Tours or a partner

 

c) a refund of the sums paid corresponding to the service (s) canceled.

 

In all the cases stated above or any other cause beyond the control of Taina Tahiti Tours, Taina Tahiti Tours can not be held responsible and the customer can not demand compensation of any kind.

 

 Responsibility for Taina Tahiti Tours can not be held liable for loss or forgetfulness or theft of effects in or out of the vehicle, during or following excursions or in case of non-compliance with practical advice and instructions. made by Taina Tahiti Tours.

 

 Any complaint or dispute will be resolved by the courts of French Polynesia and the applicable law is the French law applicable in French Polynesia.

 

 8. INSURANCE

 

Taina Tahiti Tours has subscribed regulatory liability insurance corresponding to its activities

 

 The customer is advised to take out adequate and valid travel insurance, covering any repatriation costs for medical reasons, emergency medical care and / or emergency hospital care, and also covering any other possible damage that may occur during the trip. excursions.
